Privacy Policy

Effective date: 17 October 2026 · Version 1.1

This Privacy Policy explains what personal data ADI Prep Ireland (the App) processes, why it is processed, who it is shared with, how long it is kept, and what rights you have. The App is published by TritonApps (we, us), an independent studio based in the Republic of Ireland. We act as the data controller for personal data processed through the App.

ADI Prep Ireland is designed to keep as much data as possible on your device. There is no account system and no TritonApps study-data backend for the App. Most of your study data never leaves your device.

1. Who we are

The App is published by TritonApps, based in the Republic of Ireland. For privacy matters, email privacy@tritonapps.com. For general support, email support@tritonapps.com.

2. What we process and why

2.1 Study data, settings, and lesson-plan work

2.2 Reminder scheduling

2.3 Reporting a question or issue

2.4 Purchases and entitlement checks

2.5 What the App does not request

The App does not request location, microphone, contacts, or camera access.

2.6 Advertising and tracking

We do not use an advertising SDK, an analytics SDK, or a cross-app tracking system in the App. The only usage measurement is the purchase-screen views described in section 2.4, which RevenueCat records for us. If our data-processing practices materially change, this policy will be updated before release.

3. Third parties and sub-processors

The App depends on the following third parties for limited functions:

These third parties act under their own privacy terms where applicable. We do not use an App account backend for study progress.

4. How long data is kept

Local study data, settings, lesson plans, and reminder preferences remain on your device until you remove them, clear the App, or uninstall the App. Because this data is local-first, TritonApps does not hold a normal server-side copy of it.

Purchase records held by Apple, Google, or RevenueCat are retained according to their own operational and legal requirements.

5. Your rights

If the GDPR or UK GDPR applies to you, you may have the right to:

6. How to exercise your rights

Because the App is local-first, you control most of your study data directly on your device. Deleting the App may remove local study history and lesson-plan work from that device.

For privacy requests involving data processed through third-party services such as RevenueCat, email privacy@tritonapps.com and we will review the request and help route it where appropriate.

7. Children's data

The App is intended for exam-preparation use and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly seek to collect personal data from children through an account system because the App does not provide one.

8. International transfers

Some third parties used by the App, including RevenueCat and the app stores, may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where applicable, those providers are responsible for using appropriate transfer mechanisms under their own privacy programmes.

9. Changes to this policy

If this policy changes in a way that materially affects your rights or our processing, we will update the effective date above and revise the published policy before release or before the changed processing takes effect.
